Terms of Sale 1. Minimum Order Value is $50 2. All Prices are Each, FOB Orlando, FL and in US Dollars 3. Prices, Product Specifications and Terms of Sale are subject to change without notice 4. Payment Terms are Net 30 Days Shipping Policy 1. Unless otherwise specified in a Purchase Order, NewGate Technologies will select the most appropriate freight carrier for that Order, depending on the products involved. 2. Normal practice is to ship goods Freight Collect. At customer's request, NewGate Technologies can prepay freight charges and add them to the customer's invoice. Warranty All NewGate Technologies products (except ENERGY MDR Series Refrigerated Dryers and SYNERGY Series High Inlet Temperature Refrigerated Dryers) are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of start-up, not to exceed eighteen (18) months from the date of shipment against defective materials and workmanship when properly sized, installed and operated at the design conditions. In addition to the above, all NewGate ENERGY MDR Series Refrigerated Dryers and SYNERGY Series High Inlet Temperature Refrigerated Dryers carry a 5 year Warranty on the MONOBLOC Heat Exchanger and a 2 Year Limited Warranty on the Compressor and Controller.
