NewGate NPS-VA Series Heatless Pressure Swing Desiccant Dryers with Vacuum Assist offer all the benefits of a standard Heatless desiccant air dryer - but at a fraction of the purge! These dryers are very similar to standard heatless dryers. However, unlike the standard heatless dryers that regenerate (purge) at Atmospheric pressure, the NPS-VA units regenerate at lower than Atmospheric pressure, lowering the purge requirement by more than 80%. They are also a better alternative to conventional Blower Purge Heated Desiccant Dryers, offering benefits like 40% Higher Efficiency, No Heat & Dew Point bumps, No risk of fires, longer Desiccant life and Longer Valve life.
