All NewGate Technologies's products are warranted for a period
of one (1) year from the date of start-up, not to exceed eighteen
(18) months from the date of shipment, against defective materials
and workmanship when properly sized, installed and operated at
the design conditions, except as set forth below:
a) All NewGate ENERGY MDR Series Refrigerated Dryers and SYNERGY
Series High Inlet Temperature Refrigerated Dryers carry a 5 Year
Warranty on the MONOBLOC Heat Exchanger and a 2 Year Limited Warranty
on the Compressor and Controller, in addition to the above.
On the products, during the 1st Year of the Warranty, all parts
proved to be defective would either be furnished by NewGate free
of charge, FOB Ocala, FL or will be authorized to be purchased
locally. In the latter case, reimbursement will be provided at
cost and a copy of the vendor invoice will be required before
reimbursement. Labor charges will be reimbursed strictly in accordance
with factory authorized time for a given repair procedure. Additionally,
we do not guarantee our equipment against corrosion or similar
sources of failure where the operating conditions are beyond our
control.
On the ENERGY MDR Series Refrigerated Dryers and SYNERGY Series
High Inlet Temperature Refrigerated Dryers, during the 2nd through
the 5th Year of the Warranty, any MONOBLOC Heat Exchanger proved
to be defective would be furnished by NewGate free of charge,
FOB Ocala, FL. During the 2nd Year of the Limited Warranty on
the Compressor and Controller, parts proved to be defective would
be supplied at 50% discount off NewGate's published prices for
these parts. In either case, no labor charges are covered after
the 1st year.
Compressed Air Dryers in general and Refrigerated Compressed
Air Dryers in particular sometimes need some standard field adjustments
based on the actual flow conditions that exist at the customer's
site. These adjustments are not covered under warranty. Please
refer to the appropriate NewGate product Instruction & Operation
Manual fro these adjustments or call NewGate to determine eligibility.
Authorization must be obtained from NewGate prior to the start
of any warranty work. When calling NewGate for authorization please
provide the following information:
Model Number
Serial Number
Brief Description of Problem
Warranty Invoice must be submitted to NewGate within 30 days
of any and all Warranty Repairs. Invoice must include the following
items:

Serial Number
Brief Description of Problem
Parts Purchased with Cost, Copy of Invoice or PO Issued to Vendor
Time Required for Repair
Hourly Rate
Miles Traveled
NewGate will reimburse strictly in accordance with the following
guidelines:
Labor (including Travel time): $45.00 per hour or 60% of your
published hourly rate, whichever is higher.
Travel Miles: $0.45 per mile for travel.
